It seems that every single one of my submissions ratings are going down every day! Why do I have hate crimers against me? Is it something I did? I come back a week later, and they've gone down by .5! Seriously, what the hell?!

The solution is quite simple my dear boy, Make Better Submissions! Plain and simple as that.
